HOW DO I GET A COPY OF THE INVOICE?

Upon placing your order, you should receive an email order notification which will contain a link to download your itemised invoice.

 CAN I EXCHANGE SIZES?

We are happy to exchange garments if you feel that the size isn't quite right. All garments must be in 'as new' condition - unworn and unwashed with all tags attached and undamaged whilst in your possession within 60 days from date of purchase.

Please contact us at sales@wonsie.com.au with your order number and we will provide you the details to send it back to us for a size exchange.

The cost of return postage to our premises is the responsibility of the buyer. Please also note that prices may vary between the small and larger sizes and we will send you a Paypal request if there are any additional costs.

In the case of an exchange to a garment of higher value - please contact us to arrange a refund on the item you are returning. You can then place a new order for the correct item you wish to purchase.

Every garment is examined before despatch but in the rare event that you need to return a garment due to a manufacturing fault upon receiving the item, please contact info@wonsie.com.au and we would be happy to arrange a replacement. Unfortunately we cannot replace garments which have been damaged by the wearer.


I AM AN NDIS PARTICIPANT, HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER USING MY FUNDING?

Please visit https://wonsie.com.au/pages/ndis to find out how to place an order via our online form at the checkout area from your shopping cart.

You can ask us to access your account directly via our Provider Portal or create an invoice to send to your Plan Manager via the form, depending on how your plan has been set up. If you can do a direct claim, it is easiest if you place an order from our website and download the invoice from the order confirmation email.

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE YOUR DESIGNS TO SUIT SPECIFIC NEEDS?

Unfortunately due to demand, our garments are made in bulk, so we are unable to change/modify our designs or change our fastenings.

 

I AM A CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA, WHY DOES THE PRICE LOOK DIFFERENT ON MY LOCAL STATEMENT THAN THE PRICE FROM YOUR INVOICE?

As we are based in Australia, our final prices at checkout are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD). For example, if you are in the US or the UK, your price may appear to look less on your local bank statement, but this is due to your stronger currency. If you would like to view the prices in your local currency, just choose your currency on the top right side of the homepage, but please note that the final price at checkout will always be in Australian dollars.

 

WHY DOES THE GARMENT I RECEIVED LOOK A BIT DIFFERENT FROM THE GARMENT ON THE MODEL?

Our bodysuits look very different when worn than it does off the body, but please be assured that this is the same item shown on our product pages. Off the body, the short leg shape is hidden when viewed as a flat garment, but the crotch area lifts up to form short legs due to the unique fit and cut of the garment. We encourage you to try it on the intended customer to see for yourself!
