SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia and we deliver worldwide.

We aim to send out orders within 48 hours after receiving your order. (excluding weekends and public holidays)

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - We offer a $10.95 flat rate standard shipping within Australia (usually 2-8 days). We also offer Express Post delivery (usually 1-2 business days if you are within the Express Post delivery area)

Please note: Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery for Express Post, however these parcels are still prioritised within the network.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We offer Standard International tracked delivery (usually 10-12 business days) and International Courier Express (usually 3-7 business days). Prices are based on Australia Post charges and are calculated on the weight of your parcel.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES

Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars. Customs policies vary from country to country and international orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any Customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local Customs office.

On occasion, parcels can be held up in Customs entering your country, so please allow a few additional days/weeks if this occurs.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
TIP: If you are outside of Australia and would like more details about your delivery, you can apply the tracking number as a reference on your local national postal service (i.e USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post etc)

UNCLAIMED / UNDELIVERED ITEMS POLICY

We recommend keeping track of your order on it's journey to you in case it gets delivered to your local post office for collection.

If your parcel is unclaimed or returned to us due to the inability to be delivered, we will inform you via email and will refund you the cost of the items if undamaged. Please re-order via our website if you wish to purchase again.
